I forgot to add one other FANTASTICAL thing I learned on this trip. So you buy a box of cookies and they're hard. What do you do? It's simple. You throw in a slice of bread into the box and soon you will have soft cookies. It's INCREDIBLE! and yet so SIMPLE!

I have learned a great many things about Jackson Hole and WY. The population in WY is all of 500,000 making it the LEAST populated state in the US. Did you know that? And they're ranchers out here. We are in the Grand Teton Village. Do you know what Teton means? Look it up. The mountains look like three of them, apparently. That's what got it its name. The French came over and were in the fur business. They were away from their women and that's what they had in mind. ^_^ I met a 70 year old woman who has arthritis but continues to ski because she knows she can't do it much longer. She's from Alberta, Canada. We met a group of peeps who have been going on ski trips together every year for the last 25 years. They've been all over. Wow! A lady who works on the slopes during the winter, is originally from CA but decided to live in Jackson Hole and raise her family here because of the small town feel. If your kids do anything, someone's going to tell you about it. And there's the bartendar from Alabama who didn't know what he wanted to do after college so he decided to come out there where his dad used to bring him and his brother to ski when they were little. Not even halfway into our trip and already the peeps I've met... I wonder what the rest of the week holds... But it all comes down to what you make of it, right? I can sit on a lift with a stranger and talk to them or just ride up in silence. I choose to talk. ^_^ It's been swell so far. More to come.

Nothing ever could. So somewhere in my youth or childhood... I must have done something good." What have I done? What have you done? What will I do? What will you do?
